Return of goods

You cannot return the goods or cancel orders after they have been accepted by our company unless there is written approval from the company to do so. Modified items and special orders are not allowed to be returned unless it is proven that they had a problem before they were sent to the buyer. The customer also bears the cost of shipping the returned goods in addition to the cost of returning the goods to the warehouses, which is 3 Kuwaiti dinars.
Return process steps:

1. Contact the site officials on the customer service numbers within a period not exceeding 72 hours from the date of receipt of the order
2. The product must be unused and bear the trademark and be returned in the original packaging in which it was delivered
3. The order will be contacted and returned within 72 hours of the site management receiving the return request.
4. Items that cannot be returned: Underwear and perfumes
   Refunds will be paid into the account within 10-15 working days
   The shipping fee of 3 dinars that was paid upon ordering will be deducted from the order value in the event of a full refund of the order value

Exchange

1. In the event of an exchange or return, it will be within 14 days only from the date of receipt.
2. In the event of a second exchange, the delivery cost will be paid.
3. Provided that all products are in their original condition.
